We offer a variety of services to disabled or senior individuals.

ROYALTY ADULT DAY CARE
ADULT DAY CARE SERVICES

Services are provided through Medicaid or Private Pay.

We focus on enriching each participants life, based on individual assessment. Services include Free Transportation, arts and crafts, games, entertainment, Weekly Library visits, Planned field trips, Daily Devotionals, Free Laundry Services and Two meals and a snack daily. "A la Carte" services are available at additional cost that includes, Hair and manicure appointments. We have trained staff on the premises at all times. Health Monitoring by our Nurse. Special dietary needs are always aligned with physician's orders. All Staff is CPR and First Aid Certified.

How do you qualify?

Persons who are Medicaid Eligible.
18 year of age or older
A ble to self direct his or her own care
Is physically disabled
Is capable of living independently with the services of a personal care attendant.
Personal Care Task
Bathing, Dressing, Grooming, Toileting, House keeping, Laundry Range of Motion, Housekeeping/ Laundry, Meal Preparation/ Feeding/ Clean Up, Transferring, Transportation .

PRIVATE DUTY NURSING
